What does the monthly service fee cover?

The subscription fee ensures that your testing environment remains fully functional and up to date. It includes:

Consumption of the CI server usage where we run your on-demand tests.
Storage space for test artifacts on AWS (duration depends on the plan).
Ongoing maintenance and updates for the WordPress plugin to ensure compatibility with the latest WordPress versions and added new features.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, our pricing is transparent. The one-time setup fee and subscription cover everything described in your plan. Optional add-ons like extended storage or additional tests are available for an extra fee, but these are entirely optional.

What if I need more than 10 tests?

For websites requiring more than 10 tests or highly customized solutions, we offer Enterprise Plans. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Can I cancel my subscription after the first year?

Yes, after the first year, you’re free to cancel or adjust your subscription plan as needed. Keep in mind that without a monhtly service fee, you won’t have access to the CI server, AWS storage, or plugin updates - so it is required to have one.

How does the process work from start to finish?

Our process is straightforward and efficient:

Step: We start by discussing your needs and identifying critical flows to test.
Step: If necessary, we securely access your site to ensure we can create accurate, reliable tests.
Step: We create and upload the tests to our private GitHub repository. These tests are then integrated into our CI server.
Step: You install our lightweight WordPress plugin, allowing you to run tests and view results directly in your WordPress admin dashboard.

Will you need access to my website?

In some cases, yes. If your tests require interactions with specific features or flows that are unique to your site, we may need access. However, this is always discussed and agreed upon beforehand, and we ensure all access is handled securely.

Where are the tests stored and executed?

The tests are stored in our private GitHub repository and executed on our dedicated CI server. This ensures that all test-related processes happen outside your website, so there’s no performance impact.

What types of businesses does QAWP cater to?

QAWP primarily serves businesses with WordPress-based websites, including eCommerce stores, agencies, SaaS companies, and enterprises that require reliable automated testing for their sites or applications.

Why is QAWP exclusively B2B?

QAWP’s services are designed to address the complex needs of businesses, such as test automation, continuous integration, and plugin management, which are typically not required by individual users. This focus allows us to deliver the highest quality of service and support for professional workflows.

Is there a minimum contract for QAWP services?

QAWP offers flexible options based on your needs. Our one-time plan for creating initial tests has no long-term commitment beyond the setup phase. However, a monthly service fee is mandatory to continue using the QAWP Manager, (WordPress plugin), which covers CI server usage, cloud artifacts storage, and plugin support.

Additionally, we offer optional maintenance plans on a monthly or yearly subscription basis for ongoing support, such as fixing flaky tests, handling false positives, and ensuring compatibility with updates.

Can I upgrade my subscription during the first year?

Yes! You can upgrade your subscription at any time during the first year if your needs change. For example, if you need more frequent test revisions, you can switch from the Basic to the Standard or Premium Subscription.

What are test revisions, and why are they important?

Test revisions refer to updates or fixes we make to your automated tests to accommodate changes in your website. For example:

Your website’s design or structure changes.
Flaky tests need to be stabilized.
New features are added that require testing.
Your plugin updates that change the functionality and UI.
Compatibility between installed and updated plugins.

With our subscription plans, you get a set number of test revisions each month to ensure your tests stay accurate and reliable.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

Choose the Starter Plan + Basic if you have a smaller website and need testing for a few critical flows.

How do I handle payments and subscriptions?
